These days, you see a lot of pan-roasted coffee ceremony at every corner on the streets of Addis Ababa and other major cities in Ethiopia. I think this has contributed for the sharp spike of coffee prices in domestic market, to the point where the price of green coffee at the local market is sometimes higher than the international export price.
